It’s time to move forward together by leveraging the potential of pathways for New Hampshire high school students.
Our Dilemmas:
Two Necessary Conditions:
- Educators and leaders at every level of the system need support to create the kind of compelling proof points for pathways that can inspire further internal work and build external will and commitment.
- Educators and leaders need support in consolidating a clear story and to prepare for opportunities to tell those stories at meetings with key stakeholders.
Our Strategy Moving Forward:
- We will create a series of role-alike communities of practice, in addition to team time to solve systemic challenges in the district.
- We will provide collective work time across communities to coordinate communication to key groups across the state and to work on stories, artifacts, and collateral materials to support that communication.
We Need Your Feedback:
- What role-alike groups are needed? Who else should be invited to our February FLP convening?
- What opportunities to present to stakeholder groups locally or state-wide later this year should we be looking at?
